Activity includes:
- Discover the most famous and important sights of Amorgos
- An ideal group experience with a personal, experienced local tour guide
- This activity lasts approx. 4 to 5 hours with stops and visits to sights
Activity NOT includes:
- This activity does not include lunch, attendees must pay for their own lunch in Chora
The Amorgos guided island tour will begin at Aegialis Hotel and Spa, where you will depart on a minivan or minibus to explore this wonderful experience. The first monument you will see is the Monastery of Panagia Chozoviotissa, where you will climb approx. 300 steps (takes about 20 minutes depending on your walking pace) and reach the top where you will be greeted with psimeni raki and take a tour inside the Monastery. From the top , you will enjoy moment of overlooking the breathtaking views of Amorgos. There is a small shop where you can purchase small souvenirs for yourself and your loved ones. The next stop is the church of Agia Anna that is located in the most beautiful rocky beach in Amorgos, famous for it’s crystal clea waters and natural beauty. Finally you will be taken to Chora, where you can walk on the beautiful cobbled stone alleyways, do some shopping from the local boutiques and enjoy a delicious lunch of your choice. (please note that the lunch is not included in the price). Afterwards, you will return back to Aegialis Hotel & Spa.
